PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Gut renovation of a fire damaged Two Family house in Roxbury MA.
Utilizing the existing structure we gutted the interior of all finishes, plaster, flooring, plumbing and electrical to studs.
This existing residential dwelling was economically redesign from a two family to a three family unit.
This project involved complete new bathrooms, kitchens, drywall, hardwood floors, HVAC and electrical systems.
On the exterior new red cedar clapboard siding, doors and windows were installed. The existing damaged roof was repaired and new asphalt shingles were installed. The project was completed within schedule and with highest quality.
